This week, I was invited to go to the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in Washington, DC to celebrate the holidays (mainly Christmas) with a few friends. It is one of Washington's premiere luxury hotels (a block away from the white house), so one can only imagine how luxurious celebrating the holidays at the Willard would be.
Just a step inside, if you didn't feel like the holidays were right around the corner now you did, there were decorations everywhere and a free concert to make sure you are in the holiday spirit. The people were so friendly and welcoming. It is one of those places tourists have to come to before Christmas if they are in town for the season.
