OK, we all did it, we ate too much! Now all we can think about is that holiday party and going home for the holidays. Thanksgiving was great, the one day we all eat without any guilt (until the week after).
So It has been now a week since we ate like there was no tomorrow. Here is one thing that I usually do and would like to share with you...
Go to the GYM? YES, something like that!

You guessed right, to me a week after thanksgiving is the perfect time to start going back to the gym. stressing yourself right after thanksgiving because you ate too much is just too much stress...and we don't want that. If you don't have the means for a gym, there are plenty of videos on Youtube you can check out, or check out
Pinterest for some routines to get you back on the healthy and fit track, which is what I have been doing. It has been going cost effective :)
I've been going to yoga this week to burn off all that Thanksgiving yumminess.
